	More than 8 years of experience, with last position in senior management or as senior strategy consultant Continuous outstanding achievements and leadership in major institutions/companies Able to lead consultants and work effectively with clients to bring significant business results Gross monthly remuneration > Rp. 27 million, based on negotiation
	Consultants
	4 - 7 years experience, with outstanding achievements and leadership 1st and 2nd degree GPA > 3.5 in business, engineering, medical, or law Gross monthly remuneration Rp. 14 - 25 million
	Junior Consultant
	0 - 3 years experience in major companies/institutions with outstanding achievements 1st and 2nd degree GPA > 3.5 in business, engineering, medical, or law Gross monthly remuneration Rp. 6 - 12 million
