At the beginning of our firm's foundation, we have only two principles: integrity and result. Learning from great companies' experience as well as learning it the hard way, we finally concluded three 'root' values, from which many other values can be derived.
Fairness. Fairness breeds many noble values, including independence, professionalism, and humbleness. We have to be neutral to office politics within our client's organization. We have to behave with the highest code of conduct, including never involved in any kind of bribery and kickbacks. Being humble is important since arrogant people will not be fair nor objective.
Positive contribution. People at Skha realize that they must generate positive results that they can be proud of. This means that any engagement that we accept must deliver significant, measurable, and lasting results - both financially and strategically in long term perspective.
Determination or persistence. Every staff in our firm must not give up easily. They must have high goal and relentlessly try to achieve that goal.
The three values teach us to be balanced in our professional way of live. Our people have to work hard but it is unfair if it makes them sacrifice their family. Our staffs are taught to be the most ambitious and confident people but they must also be humble to be able to listen to criticism. They must have the persistence to achieve a sky high objective but must also proactively seek relevant people's input and support.
We are aware that our clients will hire us not only for our capabilities but also because of our values. Similarly, top talents joining our firm are attracted both by the crowd of qualified people and also our values.
