Four years after Skha was founded, Indonesian economic recovery has shown signs of initial success. Business climate improves and investment starts to flow. Requests for our consulting services have also rapidly grown. Consequently, Skha has to fortify itself in three dimensions: people, knowledge, and reputation. We also have transformed our consulting arm into four practices: Strategy & Organization; Financial Institutions; Brand & Marketing; and Supply Chain & Manufacturing. In parallel, our Private Equity Investment Service has secured three fledgling companies to be managed: Dharma Bhakti medical clinics, Tasya Gaya Pesona (baby & kid’s outlet), and Kosmopolitan Retail Semesta (retail holding company). We are proactively seeking target companies for acquisitions/investments and investors to join hand in consumer goods, retail, and technology sector.

Besides the favorable business climate, our firm’s growth has been fueled by two key factors: trust from clients’ top executives and eagerness of top talents to join our firm. Without trust from some of Indonesia’s most high profile executives, Skha would not have existed today. Similarly, without best talents joining our firm, we could never expand our firm. In the past three years, we have received over twenty thousand applications and we are very proud to be one of the most sought after and prestigious place to work.

Last year we redefined our firm’s motto from “Independent thought partner” to “Strategy. Execution. Result”. The new motto in our firm’s logo has served as an effective reminder for everyone in Skha to deliver substantial and lasting results for our clients. It is our covenant to our clients.

Going forward, we foresee major business opportunities in Indonesia will continue to emerge. We are confident, that Skha would be able to assist companies and institutions to capture those opportunities.
