We use three approaches to develop our people:

Hands-on experience
  We give our consultants significant role and responsibility in every engagement. We have strong belief and proof that this is the best skill development method.
Mentoring system
  To improve our consultant skill in specific areas, we have our own mentoring system, where mentor and mentee work together to address particular development issue.
Open feedback atmosphere
  Work atmosphere in our firm is designed to enable free-flow communication and open feedback across all levels. We oblige our member to stand up and express his/her opinions and concerns. We believe this will accelerate our member growth, professionally and personally.

We also conduct in-class training particularly to introduce new concepts. For top performers, we grant scholarship to business schools and other executive training programs outside Skha.
