Competitively priced services with flexible arrangement |

We offer three types of fee arrangement that best suit our client’s needs: |

Time-based per-diem fee. Calculated based on man-months required for the project. This arrangement is suitable for clients who need us for strategy development initiatives. |

Success fee arrangement. Minimum retainer fee plus success fee (in fixed amount or as percentage of business improvements) for projects with business target. |
| 3) |
Joint-venture arrangement. In this type of arrangement, we capitalize most of our consulting efforts into the company’s ownership structure and exit within 2-5 years. This arrangement could be combined with our Private Equity Investment Service. |
